Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating.
I’ve been following Lazy Keto now for the past 15 months and when I started hitting plateaus in my weight loss I learned about IF via FB and then watched a documentary about it on Amazon Prime Titled Fasting. I started doing 16:8 full time a few months back and eating just two very satisfying meals a day which works well for me.
