My Cholesterol
Finding foods that keep my cholesterol under 300 mg (my daily goal) is my biggest challenge while eating Keto. I just had a LIPID panel done, 14 months on Keto, to compare to the last one I had done just before starting Keto and my overall Cholesterol did go up but my HDL (the good cholesterol) also went up and all the other factors that go into your overall cholesterol went in the right direction. However, I’m going to cut back on the heavy whipping cream and cheeses to help the LDL (the bad cholesterol) come back down.
