What exercise did I start with?
At first not much at all but I started walking a few miles at night a few times a week around the neighborhood. When the weight started to come off I felt more comfortable doing more exercise so I started riding my bike to work a few times a week. My commute is only 3.7 miles each way but when we had the time change I started taking a longer route home + 10 Miles to get more exercise in.
In February, I had surgery on my hand and was in a cast for a month so I went back to walking nightly and doing walks with hills. When the cast came off I went into a splint and still couldn’t get back on my bike so I started jogging a few miles a few times a week a 15 minute mile nothing to fast.
