My Food Logs - Lazy keto/low carb
My best advise is to find a lifestyle that works for you, plan out or at least visualize your day ahead of time so you stay in control of your own destiny. I count calories and I keep a food log as this is how I keep myself accountable. I find it very empowering to monitor my macros each day. A good food scale is a must in my opinion. Track, weigh and measure everything. It is not something you’ll need to do forever but it is usually why people are “stalled or plateau”. It’s not that “Keto isn’t working”. It’s simply you’re eating too much.

I ALREADY HAD THE LOSE IT APP ON MY PHONE THAT MY KIDS DOWNLOADED FOR ME WHEN THEY LEARNED ABOUT IT IN HS SO I STARTED USING IT.
I WENT THROUGH THE SETUP WHERE THEY RECOMMEND HOW MANY CALORIES I SHOULD CONSUME VS HOW MUCH WEIGHT I WANT TO LOSE/WEEK AND HOW QUICKLY YOU WANT TO LOSE IT IN. IF YOU STILL FEEL THIS NUMBER IS A LITTLE HIGH THE APP ALLOWS YOU TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL CALORIE ADJUSTMENT TO FIT YOUR TARGET.
